When will my order be shipped?
The warehouse usually needs 3-5 business day for order processing. Once ready the orders will ship out the next work day.
Please keep in mind that orders are not shipped on weekends or on these U.S. public holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the U.S. Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.
How fast are orders delivered after shipment?
Once your order leaves the warehouse, the shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive to your doorstep.
Domestic (US) shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping — Delivers within 4-9 business days after leaving the warehouse.
- Domestic priority— Delivers within 2-4 business days after leaving the warehouse.
The warehouse needs 3-5 business day for order processing. Standard Shipping method, these orders are typically delivered by the local national carrier (USPS in US). Delivery within the U.S. typically occurs within 4-9 days, with a USPS delivery confirmation number provided.
Priority shipments are typically delivered within 3-5 days, with delivery handled by the USPS. Full tracking/delivery confirmation is available with these shipments.
When shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
International shipping methods:
- Standard shipping — Delivers in 2-3 weeks after leaving the warehouse, unless delayed in customs.
No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the U.S. International orders may experience delays in shipping due to custom clearance, an additional 1 week delay can sometimes occur.
Orders placed with international standard Shipping method are typically delivered by the destination country's local national carrier (for example, Canada Post in CA).
Do I have to pay custom on international orders?
International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or other fees as determined by the destination country's customs office. These fees are determined once the order reaches the destination country and are the sole responsibility of importer of record (i.e. the recipient of the order). These fees are completely separate from the shipping cost and will be collected by an agent acting on behalf of the destination country's customs office, which is typically the local carrier.
Do you ship to any country in the world?
The Kahoot! shop doesn’t yet support shipping to every country in the world, and we are primarily shipping to the US. These are the countries that we currently support outside the US: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Israel, New Zealand, Mexico and South Africa.
Note: We are not shipping to Europe at the moment, but hope that we'll open up for this shortly.

Can my order be delivered on a weekend?
Orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, the US Postal Service does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order may arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.
How can I keep track of my order?
The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or can’t find your shipping confirmation email, please submit a request and our fulfillment center will get back to you with this information shortly.
Domestic and international orders sent with standard shipping will not have a tracking number, but you can check the status of your order through our fulfillment center: Check Order Status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted.
Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please submit a request to our fulfillment center ASAP.
My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?
The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed by our fulfillment center.
USPS is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item I’ve purchased?
Currently, we don’t accept returns or refunds on the items sold in the shop. Since we don’t offer returns, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange of products. We hope to update our return and refund policy soon.
Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?
All orders shipped outside the U.S. may qualify for customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees charged for your order do not include custom fees. If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.
